Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Show Turf website at show-turf.com, our text-messaging program, and the lawn care services we provide. Show Turf is a family-owned lawn care company based in Winder, Georgia ("Show Turf," "we," "us," or "our").

By using this website, requesting a quote, opting in to text messages, or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or the text-messaging program.

SMS / text messaging terms

Program description

The Show Turf Customer Alerts text-messaging program sends SMS messages from Show Turf to customers and prospective customers who have opted in. Messages may include:

• Service reminders and appointment confirmations
• Notifications about upcoming treatments and visits
• Weather delays, rescheduling, and account updates
• Occasional promotions and seasonal offers from Show Turf

How you opt in

You consent to receive text messages from Show Turf when you provide your mobile number and agree to receive texts, for example by checking the SMS consent box on our website quote form, by texting a keyword to our number, by signing up in person or over the phone, or by agreeing when you become a Show Turf customer. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your service schedule. You can expect approximately 2 messages per month. Additional messages may be sent around scheduled treatments or if you contact us by text.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging charges from your wireless carrier will apply to messages you send and receive. Check with your carrier for details about your plan.

How to opt out

You can cancel the SMS program at any time. Text STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from Show Turf. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time or text START and we will begin sending messages to you again.

Carrier disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and processing by your mobile device. We are not responsible for messages that are delayed, misdirected, or not delivered.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder, or have the account holder's permission, to enroll a mobile number in this program. By opting in, you confirm that you are the current subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided, and you agree to notify us if that number is deactivated or transferred.

Privacy

Your mobile number and your SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.

Changes to the messaging program

We may change or discontinue the SMS program, or the short code or phone number we send from, at any time. Where practical, we will notify subscribers by text or on this page.

Services & quotes

Quotes and estimates provided through this website, by phone, or in person are based on the information you give us and a review of your property. A quote is an estimate, not a guarantee of final pricing, and may be adjusted if property conditions differ materially from what was described. The specific services, pricing, schedule, and any guarantees for your property are set out in the service agreement or invoice you receive from Show Turf, which governs over these general Terms if there is any conflict.

Lawn care results depend on factors outside our control, including weather, soil, irrigation, mowing practices, and pre-existing turf conditions. We are a licensed, turfgrass-trained provider and will recommend the program we believe is right for your lawn, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes unless stated in writing in your service agreement.

Use of this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the website's operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, submit false or misleading information through our forms, or use automated tools to scrape or copy content without our permission.

Information you submit through our quote form is delivered to us by email so we can respond to your request. See the Privacy Policy for how that information is handled.

Content & trademarks

The Show Turf name, logo, mascot, photography, video, and written content on this website are owned by Show Turf or used with permission and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent, other than viewing and sharing links to the site for personal, non-commercial purposes.
